At Brooklyn Pizzeria, don't expect fancy frills, just downright delicious food and friendly service! The smell of pizza alone is worth the visit, and the slices are massive with a crust that's spot-on. Their ravioli is as yummy as it is filling. We practically rolled out with leftovers, feeling completely content. If you're after genuine, belly-filling pizza, this is your spot!
I was going to go next door for chinese for lo mein, but I decided to just go here to get a sub. I went in it was nice and clean. Some of the menu items from the sub were not available so I got the Philly cheese steak sub huge and the bread is crispy cheesy and it was good so much meat. Also got a drink soda fountain water made with new york filtration water it was pretty good. While waiting for my order to be done I ordered for take out got a sample of the pastrami it was good no wonder a lot of people buy it. I will come back next time for the pizza and the other sub. The customer service was pretty nice and helpful. It was my first time at Brooklyn pizza, as I been to their bagel shop quite a bite more though.
The pastrami is officially on my list of top 10 bites in Hampton Roads. To be honest, this is what brings Brooklyn Pizzeria to a 5-star rating for me. Yes, the pizza was good, but it didn't blow my mind like the sandwich. I probably would only make the trek out again if I knew for certain that I would be getting my hands on this sandwich again. I am really excited, however, to try more menu items next time we go. We got the Brooklyn pie which was yummy. I look forward to trying more of the sandwiches and the arancini. Service was super friendly. I found pricing to be fair. Ambiance/atmosphere is not what you come for. It's pretty non-existent, but isn't that the charm of a pizza joint sometimes? Overall, great spot to visit. Make sure to get the pastrami!
Came here because I heard many good things about the hot pastrami. We ordered a white garlic pizza to go and we finally got to try the pastrami. It was SOOOO good! Deliciously tender, melt in your mouth goodness! Had to eat it in the parking lot it was that good. Came with spicy mustard which was chef's kiss. The pizza was amazing as well. The pastrami hype is real. This is the place! A ton better than R55 deli that used to be around. Not even close. We will be ordering from Brooklyn Pizzeria again!
One of the best pizza places in Virginia Beach. It's a very quiet kept secret at that. Their pizza is delicious and has a great menu. Their pasta, wings and everything else is very tasteful. Their staff is very friendly and the ambiance is awesome. I have no complaints actually. A++ in my book.
